Smart Differential Pressure Transmitter to convert a physical differential pressure into an electric signal.

Description

Like other differential pressure elements SDF sensors generate a pressure difference that is quadratically proportional to the flow velocity and proportional to the media density.

A complete flow measurement requires a differential pressure transmitter in addition to the primary element. The AccuP offers a a robust and accurate device that has been tried and tested for many years.

It is equipped with a display and an operating keyboard as standard and thus offers the possibility of simple adjustment of the process parameters on site without additional tools.

When using the square root characteristic and constant media density the device provides a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the flow rate to the user.

The AccuP offers practical advantage wherever

  • a differential pressure based flow measurement shall be implemented,
  • high accuracy is required,
  • the entire measurement system shall be robust and proven,
  • the process parameters have to be adjusted easily to the application on site.
