Sensors - Assembling and Disassembling without Process Interruption
Sensors of the FASTLOK group make it possible
to assemble or disassemble the probe without process interruption.
They offer the well-known high accuracy, besides this they
allow the inspection or if necessary the cleaning of adhering
particles at any time.
Four types are available:
- FASTLOK L-sensors without retract mechanism
(pressure gauge PN2)
- FASTLOK S-sensors without retract assurance
(max. PN6)
- FASTLOK N-sensors with simple retract
mechanism (up to PN16) and self-locking behaviour during
the (dis-) assembly
- FASTLOK HD-sensors for high pressures
(up to PN64), gearing for simplified (dis-)assembly by
request
Please notice that the FASTLOK sensor types
S, N and HD require an increased space compared with the
usual SDF sensor type. There must be a free space of two
times the internal pipe diameter plus 8 inches.
Typical applications for this sensor type
are measurements in nonstop processes, in toxic media etc.
