| µFLOW
- Calculator for Flow Measurement
The calculators of the µFLOW series
provide the capability to process all raw data delivered
from a flow measurement for the purpose to compensate the
influence of fluctuating values of pressure and temperature
on the result of the measurement. µFLOW calculators
are available for gaseous media, water and saturated or
superheated steam. Beyond this special versions and simple
flow indicators are available.

Standard software versions:
- Version "GS" for ideal and natural
gases, compensation algorithms according to AGA-NX19, GERG88,
ideal gas law etc. (-> more)
- Version "WT" for amount of heat
calculation in water and steam, calculating procedure with original
ASME equations (-> more)
Inputs:
- Active or passive current 0 or 4..20mA, dissolution
of 20000 steps, margin of error 0,05%.
- Pt100, 3-wire-connection with integrated
line compensation, measuring range -200..+550°C, 12000 steps,
margin of error 0,1°C
Outputs:
- Current 0 or 4..20mA, galvanically separated,
dissolution of 10000 steps, maximum error 0,05%.
- Voltage, 0..5VDC, resolution of 10000 steps,
maximum error 0,05%
- Relay, max. 230VAC / 5A, adjustable as MIN/MAX
contact or for device failure alarm
- FAIL relay, max. 230VAC/Ä, sloping with
voltage failure or equipment defect
- Open collector (Darlington NPN), count pulse,
max. 33V/0,Ä with 1W total output
Display:
- LC display, 2 x 16 alphanumeric indications,
character height of 8 mm
Power Supply
- 230V/50Hz; 115V/50/60Hz (opt.); 24VDC (opt.)
Housing
- Switch panel installation housing, front measure
of 144mm x 72mm, depth 170mm, electrical connection over terminal
blocks.
