ACCUFLO Calibrated Measuring Sections - smooth and accurate

Mode of Operation
The gas measuring sections are based on the principle of differential pressure and are thus absolutely
insensitive to vibration in the pipework. Thanks to their design and construction they also meet requirements
for low pressure loss, high mechanical stability, high availability and very low maintenance.
The evaluation unit measures and records the flow rate considering density variations caused by
changes in pressure and/or temperature. These devices incorporate various display options, an
analog output interface and three relay outputs. A second analog output is available as an option.
Scope of application
Thanks to their robust design and construction these measuring sections are especially
suitable for systems with high demands for availability and insensitivity against external influences.
Outstanding results have been achieved, for example measuring the pilot gas quantities for gas turbines.
Beyond there high accuracy and the easy handling advantages the ACCUFLO meauring sections are extremely
resistant against accleration and vibrations. In this aspect they are a very robust alternative to Coriolis mass flow meters.
The measuring sections are calibrated by default for a range of 1 : 5. However, for applications requiring high
process dynamics, options are available calibrated for ranges up to 1 : 40.
