Air Purging Device
SDF flow sensors are highly resistible
against negative effects caused by heavy dust loads in flue
gases. However it is possible that particle deposits at
the sensor occur at high dust concentrations or low flow
velocities. The air purign device LSE-HD scavenges these
deposits even at extrem dust loads within the medium in
a reliable way.
The unique allows the separate flush of
both chambers of the flow sensor. In addition to that the
LSE-HD can support the flushing effect by a high allowed
purging air pressure: the intenal parts are designed for
a pressure gauge of 100 bar.
To avoid trouble with a downstream controlling
system the LSE-HD provides the storage of the measured value
during the purging is in progress. During this time an autoamatic
offset control is performed. An alarm occurs if the adjustable
limit values of the zero point offset are exceeded.
As an option the internal controller of
the LSE-HD can provide the standardisation of the volume
flow (ref. point 0°C; 101,325 kPa abs.).
