| 1992: |
Formation of S.K.I. by Friedhelm
Kremer and Michael Schlegel. |
| |
|
| 1993: |
The SDF flow sensors were developped
- with significant innovations and improvements for the
process suitability compared with the existing pitot tubes
on the market. These changes are now state of the art what
fulfills ourselves with a certain happiness. - The SDF
tubes were certified as suitable for flow measurements according
to the German standards for the environment protection ("TA
Luft" and the Federal Immission Law (BImSchG)). - The
air purging unit LSE-HD was developped. Again: a surprisingly
simple functional principle found not only the interest of
our customers. |
| |
|
| 1994: |
The SDF flow sensor with integrated temperature
and pressure measurement was brought to the market. - As
well the µFLOW family of compact computers which set
new standards for accuracy and functionality. The handling
of the air purging unit LSE-HD was improved by using a µFLOW
LSE controller.
|
| |
|
| 1995: |
We finished the probably longest ever
built flow sensor of the world which consists of only one
single part for a duct diameter of 9500 mm. A new member
of the µFLOW family was brought to market: the computer
for natural gases that calculates according to the AGA-NX19-
and the GERG88-Standard. |
| |
|
| 1996: |
Delivery of the first high pressure steam
SDF sensor for live steam with a pressure of over 100
bar and a temperature of 545°C. We engineered, produced
and delivered the complete equipment for a measurement for
commercial steam delivery from a big German power plant
to a industrial customer. This equipment contains special
versions of µFLOW micro computers, all sensors, valves
and the electrical cabinet. |
| |
|
| 1997: |
The expansion of the direct sales activities
of the products of S.K.I. leads to an important growth of
the power and presence of our company in the market. |
| |
|
| 1998: |
Requirements are growing: S.K.I.
delivers a live steam sensors for a power plant for 546°C
at 182 bar absolute pressure. |
| |
|
| 2000: |
S.K.I. was certified for the process orientated
quality management system ISO9000. |
| |
|
| 2001: |
The µFLOW family got the approval
as a Class A device by attending all EMC tests and passed
the mark test of the German TUV.
|
| |
|
| 2002: |
Relaunch of this website. Customer are able to access the calculation and support
tools via Internet. Move from the ISO 9000/1994 system for quality assurance
to the ISO 9000/2000 system.
|
| 2003: |
A complete set of new marketing documents emphasizes on the wide range of profit and conveniences
of S.K.I. measuring instruments. In there relative application field S.K.I. products are the best
choice in all respects.
|
| 2004: |
Winning of new customers in machinery industry by new versions of the SDF flow sensors.
Combined with a more simple method of measuring the differential pressure we provide a
very competitive instrument with high accuracy.
